Competition Terms (Participant Terms)

1. Who is running this competition

This competition is promoted, sponsored and operated solely by the Organiser named above. The Organiser holds the prize and is responsible for awarding it and for the competition's compliance with the law where it is offered. Questions and complaints go to the Organiser's contact email. Reports of unlawful or abusive competitions may be sent to abuse@protocolx.io.

2. Eligibility

Open to persons 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) who are not in a comprehensively sanctioned territory, not on a sanctions list, and not in a jurisdiction where participation is unlawful. Paid entry is not available to persons in the Excluded Jurisdictions (/legal/excluded-jurisdictions). {ORGANISER_ADDITIONAL_ELIGIBILITY}

3. How to enter

{IF free entry:} Entry is free. Follow the instructions on the competition page. Limit: {ENTRY_LIMIT} per person.

{IF skill-based:} To enter, correctly answer: {SKILL_QUESTION}. Entries with incorrect answers are not eligible. Entry fee, if any: {FEE}. Limit: {ENTRY_LIMIT} per person.

{IF paid with free alternative:} Paid entries cost {FEE} each and are recorded on chain. Free entries are available to everyone by {FREE_ENTRY_INSTRUCTIONS}; free entries are weighted identically to paid entries and are limited to {FREE_ENTRY_LIMIT} per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entries open {OPEN_DATETIME_UTC} and close {CLOSE_DATETIME_UTC}.

4. The prize

{PRIZE_DESCRIPTION}, approximate value {PRIZE_USD}. Number of winners: {N_WINNERS}. The Organiser will award the prize {DELIVERY_METHOD} within {DELIVERY_DAYS} days of the draw. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, the Organiser will provide a cash equivalent of equal or greater value. No other substitution. Winners are responsible for any tax.

5. The draw

The winner is selected after entries close by the draw software using on-chain randomness supplied by the Sui network. No person, including the Organiser and Northlatch Labs LLC, can influence the selection. The result is recorded on chain and shown on the competition page; the chain record is final.

6. Winner notification

Winning addresses are public on chain. {NOTIFICATION_METHOD}. If a winner cannot be identified or does not claim within {CLAIM_DAYS} days, {UNCLAIMED_PRIZE_RULE}.

7. Conditions

Entries obtained by fraud, automation, or misrepresentation of location may be disqualified by the Organiser. The Organiser may cancel the competition before the draw if it becomes unlawful or impossible to run; any paid entry fees will then be refunded by the Organiser. By entering you agree to these terms, the Interface Terms of the site, and the Excluded Jurisdictions page.

8. Privacy

The Organiser is the controller of any personal data it collects from you for this competition under its own privacy notice: {ORGANISER_PRIVACY_LINK or "not provided — the Organiser collects only your wallet address through the Service"}. Northlatch Labs LLC processes site data under its Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.

9. Governing law

These competition terms are governed by the law of the Organiser's country stated above, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.
